Our Health and Safety Commitment

PRO Integrated Services is firmly committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, visitors, and anyone affected by our operations. We believe that all workplace injuries and occupational illnesses are preventable, and we will implement all reasonable measures to eliminate or minimize health and safety risks across all our activities. We are committed to full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, applicable Malaysian Standards, codes of practice, and industry best practices to ensure the highest standards of workplace safety.  

Management Responsibilities

Management will provide and maintain:
  1. Safe Work Environment Establish and maintain safe working conditions, equipment, and facilities that meet or exceed regulatory standards
  2. Comprehensive Risk Management Conduct regular risk assessments and implement control measures to eliminate or minimize workplace hazards
  3. Safety Training and Education Provide appropriate health and safety training, information, and supervision to all personnel
  4. Personal Protective Equipment Supply, maintain, and ensure proper use of necessary personal protective equipment for all work activities
  5. Emergency Preparedness Develop and maintain emergency response procedures, first aid facilities, and incident reporting systems
  6. Safety Communication Ensure clear communication of safety policies, procedures, and expectations throughout the organization
  7. Contractor and Visitor Safety Implement safety requirements for contractors and provide safety briefings for all site visitors
  8. Continuous Improvement Regularly review and update safety procedures based on incident analysis, audits, and industry developments
  9. Regulatory Compliance Maintain current knowledge of and adherence to all applicable health and safety legislation
  10. Resource AllocationProvide adequate resources, both human and financial, to support effective health and safety management
 

Employee Responsibilities

Each employee has an obligation to:
  1. Follow Safety Procedures Comply with all established safety rules, procedures, and work instructions
  2. Use Protective Equipment Properly wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment
  3. Report Hazards Immediately report unsafe conditions, near misses, and accidents to supervisors
  4. Participate in Training Actively engage in safety training programs and maintain required certifications
  5. Work Safely Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions
  6. Equipment Care Properly use, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment according to manufacturer specifications
  7. Emergency Response Follow established emergency procedures and participate in emergency drills
  8. Continuous Learning Stay informed about safety requirements relevant to their work activities
  9. Teamwork Support colleagues in maintaining safe work practices and fostering a safety-conscious culture
  10. Stop Unsafe Work Have the authority and responsibility to stop work when unsafe conditions are identified
